There's also Security Update 2010-002 for Leopard (10.5.8 ) released at the same time.

This is the most exasperating thing I think I've ever heard of. There is a bug in 10.6.3 that effects users of Adobe CS3 products that have also had their logic boards replaced. When the logic board is replaced, it usually doesn't have the system serial number flashed to it, so when you check "About This Mac", it shows your serial number to be "SystemSerialNumb" or something similar. For some reason, CS3 products (and maybe also Aperture) don't work if the serial number is longer than 12 characters, and SystemSerialNumb is 14 characters. So CS3 products quit working.

Currently, the only real fix is to back out to 10.6.2. Or get your system serial number flashed onto your logic board - which is something they can do at the factory. If you are using Adobe products, I strongly caution you to avoid the 10.6.3 update unless you are positive that this issue will not affect you, or that you can back out easily.

This issue is solved with the 10.6.4 update.
